The Downtown Perth Community Improvement Plan

Welcome to the Downtown Perth Community Improvement Plan webpage.

The Downtown Perth Community Improvement Plan (CIP) is a ten-year, Council approved, strategic initiative that is aimed at improving the prosperity of downtown businesses while at the same time maintaining the cultural and heritage assets located throughout the Downtown core of Perth.

The CIP offers significant commitments in the way of both financial incentives and leadership programming initiatives.  Working in concert these two components will enhance the long term collective capacity of all downtown merchants by further entrenching Downtown Perth’s reputation as the place to be.
