DOWNTOWN PERTH COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PLAN
The purpose of the proposed Community Improvement Plan is to support and promote the continued beautification, improvement and revitalization of downtown Perth. The Community Improvement Plan applies to lands designated as the proposed Community Improvement Plan project area.
The Town of Perth has commissioned the MMM Group Planning Consultants to facilitate the process for creating a Community Improvement Plan and the actual preparation of a community improvement plan.
Initial workshops to consult with property owners and business owners in the project area and with the general public were held in July and this resulted in the creation of the Foundations Report, which may be accessed below.
The Town of Perth will consider the proposed Community Improvement Plan project area and a Community Improvement Plan during its regularly scheduled Committee of the Whole meeting on Tuesday, April 5th, 2011 at 5:15 p.m. in Perth Town Council Chambers at Perth Town Hall located at 80 Gore Street East.
