COMMUNITY SERVICES
Welcome to Perth's Community Services Department. This department is comprised of Parks and Recreation, Community Development, and Heritage.
The Department is lead by Shellee Evans, Director of Community Services.
Jim Niblock, the Superintendent of Parks and Facilities is responsible for the daily management and upkeep of all Town owned facilities including:
Park, Scotts Park, Perthmore Park, and Morgan Park.

The Aquatics Coordinator is Mike Brown. Mr. Brown is responsible
for the daily management of the Perth and District Indoor Pool staff and programs including:
The Heritage Tourism Manager is Karen Rennie. Ms. Rennie is responsible for:
- The Perth Museum
- Municipal Heritage Advisory Panel
- Heritage Management Advisory Panel
- 200th Anniversary Advisory Panel
Administrative Support is provided by Karen Fox and Colleen Keeley.
