SIGN AND MERCHANDISE DISPLAY
The By-law requires an approved application for permit to erect any sign in the Town of
- The style of sign
- The size of the sign
- The location of the sign (with specific dimensions)
- The materials being used
- If the sign is located on or over Town property a hold harmless agreement and proof of liability
- insurance coverage must be provided.
